Vision Boards and Goals: My Real Manifestation Method

Vision Boards and Goals: My Real Manifestation Method

my ✨ 10 year ✨ vision by Sadé Llerraf

I used to associate manifestation with rituals writing down goals, setting intentions, and hoping the universe would respond. While reflection and clarity are important, I’ve come to understand that true manifestation is less about wishful thinking and more about aligning vision with consistent action.

What actually drives results is a clear strategy, defined goals, and the resilience to follow through. I wrote a 10 year plan just under 10 years ago I completely forgot about what I had set for myself and when I suddenly come across this journal i realised what I had set out to achieve I had almost completed were not at the 10 year mark yet for achieving all the goals but weve done pretty well. As well as wriiting down my goals I created a vision board which I explain below.

1. Vision Boards: More Than Just a Pretty Picture

At the start of each year, I create a vision board not just for fun, but with real intention. I include everything from business dreams (like launching on new platforms) to personal goals (like more peace, balance, and confidence).

Looking at that board daily reminds me of what I’m working towards. It keeps me aligned when distractions creep in or doubts get loud. I don’t just see the goals  I feel them as already being possible.

But here’s the thing: vision alone isn’t enough.

2. Goals: Giving My Vision Structure

Manifesting a better reality starts with defining what “better” even looks like. That’s why I set clear, actionable goals. Not “be successful”  but things like:

  • Launch on three major platforms (we did: Debenhams, Amazing, TikTok Shop & The Range).

  • Hit a specific revenue milestone.

  • Grow my social following list.

  • Invest in branding and design to match the direction I’m heading.

These aren’t just wishes. They’re targets. And targets give you a direction when the path feels blurry.

3. The Often-Ignored Secret Ingredient

Here’s the truth no one tells you: manifesting doesn’t work without effort. That means showing up on the hard days, being consistent when results are slow, and continuing to believe when things don’t look like they’re working… yet.

This year, I had to rebuild and rebrand. There were tears, self-doubt, and moments I wanted to press pause. But I kept showing up. I used my energy and rechannelled it into building greater things.

4. My Manifestation Method: The Real Recipe

If I had to break it down, here’s my personal method for manifesting.

  1. Visualise it clearly.
Use a vision board or Pinterest to create a visual reference that sparks emotion.

  2. Write it down as a goal.
Be specific. Give it a deadline. Break it into steps.

  3. Act like it's already yours.
Show up as the version of you who has already achieved it your habits, mindset, and energy matter.

  4. Do the gritty, unglamorous work.
The emails, the pitching, the product tweaks, the content planning it all counts.

  5. Celebrate every small win.
Every order, every new follower, every kind comment they’re all proof it’s working.

If you’re dreaming of something big right now, know this you’re not crazy, or unrealistic. You’re visionary. And with the right mix of vision and goals, you’re absolutely capable of bringing it to life.
